Gojira front man Joe Duplantier needs a state-of-the-art instrument to deliver his band’s brand of modern metal, and he wants his signature guitar to be available to the masses.
That all adds up to the Charvel Joe Duplantier San Dimas Style 2 HH EverTune AfterMarket Upgrade, a cutting-edge metal machine that can cover serious sonic territory, play easily, and deliver consistent tuning and intonation night after night, at a price every player can afford.
The resonant nato body and Duncan Designed humbuckers provide big, punchy tones, and the ebony fretboard and compound radius make for slick playability, whether chording or soloing. The EverTune AfterMarket Upgrade takes Joe’s signature ax over the top. It will not only not go out of tune, but it will also intonate all the way up the neck, and dropped tunings will stay perfectly tight and focused—even with heavy picking.
Available exclusively via our online shop, the Charvel Joe Duplantier San Dimas Style 2 HH EverTune AfterMarket Upgrade is an absolutely insane deal, offering a tremendous price/performance ratio.
