The guitars listed on our website are setup with the string pack/gauges and tuning listed under its specifications. There will be an additional fee for any custom setup that’s required. Please contact us with any questions you have regarding our custom setup pricing.
We ship guitars and parts within 10 business days of payment. The customer will be notified if any items on the order are out of stock within 3 business days of payment. If selected shipping method includes tracking, the customer will be sent an email with the tracking information upon shipment. Please check the contents of the order immediately upon receipt. Damages from shipping must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
Notes regarding Russian shipments:
- USPS: We can only ship bridges, not guitars, to a residential address in Russia via USPS.
- DHL: We can ship both bridges and guitars to Russia via DHL only if they are being shipped to a business address. Please be aware that Customs in Russia do not allow DHL shipments to be delivered to residential addresses.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. If you have any questions regarding these charges, please contact your local customs agency.
Installing an EverTune bridge on a new guitar as an AfterMarket Upgrade voids the original guitar manufacturers warranty. We offer a 30 day warranty and return on all EverTune AfterMarket Upgraded guitars to the original purchaser from the date of delivery. There's a one year warranty on the EverTune bridge installed in these guitars. This warranty excludes physical damage caused by the player and normal aging effects such as rust.
We reference several great guitar brands to describe guitars that we sell with the EverTune bridge AfterMarket Upgrade. These brand names are trademarks owned by their respective manufacturers, and no affiliation with EverTune is or should be inferred.
We accept returns on undamaged new items purchased at EverTune within 30 days from order placement and 14 days from guitar receipt (in hand), whichever is later. Damages or Exchanges need to be reported within 7 days of receiving the items. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. No Returns are accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and returns need to be sent no later than 7 days after the Return Merchandise Authorization is issued. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be included with the return and all damages must be noted on the invoice or packing slip. Save the carton and all packing material for inspection, the carrier and/or shipper is not responsible unless the damage is reported immediately and the carton/packing material is retained. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We have a 15% restocking fee for all returned items that are not defective or a result of our error.
